The number of people who use VPN connection continues to increase as they realize the big security issue when using unencrypted internet connection. Fortunately, you can set up a VPN connection on Windows PC to protect your online activities. In addition, Microsoft Windows 10 integrated with VPN client to connect to a VNP server without any third-party software.
How to manually configure a VPN on Windows 10

You can also access the Windows 10 settings by pressing Windows and i keys at the same time.
In the Windows 10 Settings window, click Network & Internet.
On the left side of the screen, select VPN.
Click Add a VPN connection
In VPN provider, select Windows (build-in)
Enter whatever you want to name this connection in the connection name.
In Server name or address, type the VPN server IP address or the hostname.
In VPN type, select the protocol used by your VPN provider. if you are not sure, leave it on automatic.
Click the drop-down menu on Type of sign-in info, and then choose how you want to connect to the server. You have several connection choices: username and password, smart card, one-time password, and certificate. The rest of the configuration depends on the type of connection you choose.
Check the checkbox on “Remember my sign-in info”
When you are done, click save.
How to connect to a VPN connection in Windows 10
Go to the bottom right of the screen, click the Wi-Fi icon.
Select the VPN connection you created, and then click Connect.
