We are not able to service customers outside of the United States

You see the error message “we are not able to service customers outside of the United States” because the IP address you are currently using shows that you are in another country or in an area where Publix is not available. Therefore, a firewall rule is preventing the IP address you are using from accessing the Publix website.

I tested the problem then solved it and now I’m using this post to share my computer networking knowledge and all the steps necessary to fix the type of error message “we are not able to service customers outside of the United States”.

If you are in the usual area of using the website and you see the error message I just mentioned. There are several situations that can cause the error page to appear. Common situations that can cause this type of problem are using a VPN connection or a proxy server.

How To Solve Cannot Access Website From Home

If you are using VPN connection or proxy server, turn it off to be able to access the website.

To access the website with your VPN connection enabled, create a route to tell your router not to use the VPN connection to access the Publix website.

Example:

route publix.org 255.255.255.255 10.0.0.1
route www.publix.org 255.255.255.255 10.0.0.1
route publix.com 255.255.255.255 10.0.0.1
route www.publix.com 255.255.255.255 10.0.0.1

10.0.0.1 is the gateway I want to use for traffic going to publix.org and publix.com, in your case it could be another IP address.

If you are using a proxy and want to be able to access the website at the same time; use the proxy server except area to add the IP address of the Publix website.
